The staff/service at Woks Hall Restaurant is excellent as the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I have been to a few chinese buffet restaurants but I have to say that the woks hall has beaten all around the Birmingham area by far. She was 80 I do not live in the area but my mother does and I picked your restaurant from the web. My mother, partner and myself were very impressed. The lady who took us to our table made us feel very welcome. All of us had a great meal plenty of excellent food, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Many commented on how good the service was and the fab quality of food. Even tho we arrived 'on mass' everything went smoothly and we couldnt have chosen a better time or venue. A huge thank you to all the staff that worked so hard and well done to the manager (Bart I think?) who had the massive task of coordinating the separate bills for everyone.
